SRT is a process of researching your subconscious mind and your Akashic records, your soul records, for energies that you might be carrying in this life or a previous life. It helps us to clear that energy at the source, so that you can not only identify and understand with your conscious mind what is happening in your subconscious, but also have that energy energetically cleared, so as to make your path easier and clearer, and to clear up the resistance.
SRT sessions are meant to be something you can do again and again. In one session we can work on one to three topics. If you bring more than that, we will find the pattern underneath them, start at the beginning and clear as much as we can, and note that might mean us going wider instead of deeper into a particular thing.
